Previously, I handled high-volume customer interactions at Verizon, where I managed billing, technical support, and customer concerns while recommending services. Earlier retail sales experience strengthened my ability to resolve issues efficiently, process customer orders, and deliver dependable service—skills I bring to every client interaction.
