I’m a Licensed Life/Health Agent with a strong background in customer service, collections, and community engagement. I focus on educating individuals clearly—especially around Medicare Advantage and supplemental health plans—so they can make informed healthcare coverage decisions.

In my current role as an Intake Specialist at Credo Legal (May 2025–Present), I build trust with clients by providing clear information, assisting with intake forms, and maintaining accurate client records. I also educate individuals on relevant services and support informed decision-making while facilitating communication between clients and the legal team.

Previously at Citi Bank (June 2020–May 2025), I delivered excellent customer service while assisting clients with payments, account management, and fraud/dispute resolution. Through inbound and outbound outreach, I educated clients on available solutions, supported self-generated sales and retention goals, and strengthened customer trust and loyalty.

Across earlier collections roles and community-based outreach—such as Diversified Consultants Incorporated and Radius Global Solutions—I developed meaningful relationships by providing tailored solutions, arranging payments, resolving debt, and meeting monthly targets. I also bring a people-first mindset from my time as an Educational Paraprofessional at Reynoldsburg City Schools (2002–2016), where I supported students and families, partnered with teachers, and contributed to community events. I’m licensed in Life/Health, dependable in fast-paced environments, and committed to accurate data entry and professionalism.
