Led ideation and cross-team coordination for Self-Help CDFI's application to the NC Assistive Technology grant program, securing a $1M award. Managed the team's Salesforce fundraising environment and data migration.

Increased membership by 50% by increasing social events and creating a community forum for parents. Managed Salesforce database migration from Access and improved facilitator retention rate to 75%.

Built a community research program in the Master's Public Administration program at North Carolina Central University. Facilitated nine community projects in eight months and recruited a cross-sector advisory board.
