At SFA Solutions, I lead discovery workshops and functional workstreams while implementing Salesforce Data Cloud to unify external customer data through harmonization, identity resolution, and calculated insights. I've also integrated Agentforce and Salesforce AI to automate service workflows, recommendations, and case routing using unified customer profiles.

At Amazon and BHG Financial, I built scalable integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware, alongside Apex and Lightning Web Components for high-volume customer operations and lending workflows. I established DevOps practices with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines while supporting testing, releases, governance, and production reliability.
