What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply my banking sales, business development, customer relationship management, and marketing training to grow customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and organizational profitability.

I've spent 25 years at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, identifying customer needs, recommending financial products, and converting prospects into new business.

I was recognized as NCB's Top Sales Officer in 2017 for sales performance, customer acquisition, relationship management, and business generation. I build loyalty through consultative selling, cross-selling, up-selling, referrals, networking, and customer engagement.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at UCC, building on my experience in sales, business development, consumer behaviour, market research, and marketing communications.
