I’m a Social Listening Analyst who builds daily, weekly, and monthly social media listening reports to help brands understand consumer perception and online sentiment. I translate those insights into brand communication strategies used for campaigns and digital marketing collaterals, with an emphasis on clear, timely messaging.

I also handle digital crisis monitoring—supporting the communication strategy and developing short-, mid-, and long-term action plans during high-pressure moments. I work in the agency’s communication writing and editing process to ensure our responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the brand voice.

Before this role, I served as a Researcher Associate II, producing construction project reports from articles, press releases, agendas, and web information. I confirmed project details using primary methods (calls and emails) alongside secondary web research, and I previously interned as a Media Analyst—creating market analysis from raw data and presenting insights through infographics.
