I’m a Senior Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data platforms that support analytics, business intelligence, product insights, and operational decision-making. I’m driven by the goal of delivering trusted analytics data layers that teams can rely on for day-to-day execution and strategic planning.

My core strengths are Snowflake and dbt with strong SQL and Python capability, plus data modeling and ELT pipelines. I’ve built dimensional models using Kimball methodology (star schema, fact & dimension tables) and created reusable dbt marts to standardize business metrics and establish a single source of truth across departments.

In my work, I focus heavily on reliability and governance. I implement testing frameworks, data quality controls, data validation, monitoring standards, and metric definitions/documentation/lineage practices—so enterprise data assets stay consistent, accessible, and trustworthy over time.

I also enjoy technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. I leverage AI-assisted development tools (including OpenAI APIs and Snowflake Cortex concepts) to accelerate SQL development, automate documentation, improve testing workflows, and streamline engineering delivery.
