What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute relationship-driven healthcare sales, referral growth, and patient and family advocacy to a hospice organization focused on compassionate service and growth.

I'm currently a Care Facilitator at vCare Hospice, generating referral opportunities through outreach, facility visits, presentations, networking, and community engagement. I manage referral pipelines and partner with clinical and intake teams to support timely admissions and continuity of care.

At Enhabit Home Health and Hospice, I built relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and community partners across home health and hospice territories. I used CRM tracking, lead management, and referral-trend insights to grow referral networks and inform growth strategies.

Previously, I planned more than 50 nationwide conferences, customer events, promotional campaigns, and healthcare initiatives at Turenne PharMedCo. My earlier B2B sales and personal-training work strengthened my ability to build trust, understand individual needs, and maintain long-term client relationships.
