I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own consultative territory strategy, coach high-performing teams, and use data-driven forecasting to drive admissions and revenue—while collaborating closely across clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders.

I’m a Director of Healthcare Partnerships focused on owning full territory strategy and execution across West Coast markets to drive net-new account growth and admissions performance aligned to revenue targets. I lead complex, consultative sales cycles with executive stakeholders, operations leaders, and clinical leadership across extended timelines.

In my most recent role, I leverage data-driven insights to forecast performance, evaluate territory health, and influence C-suite and senior leaders on strategic growth initiatives. I also recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales liaison team to drive accountability and consistent execution against growth goals.

Before that, as a Market Manager, I owned territory strategy for Salem and Eugene markets and rebuilt referral pipelines while strengthening executive relationships. I drove a 40% increase in average daily census despite widespread industry staffing constraints, partnering cross-functionally to remove onboarding barriers and support conversion of new accounts.

Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in highly regulated revenue operations as a Site Revenue Coordinator/Admissions Coordinator, managing end-to-end revenue intake and admissions while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS/state regulations. That background strengthens how I navigate eligibility, authorization, documentation, and payor-driven conversion barriers today.
