What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing operations, project, or account leadership role where I can coordinate stakeholders, solve complex problems, improve workflows, and drive successful outcomes.

I've supported more than $10M in annual commercial sales while managing client relationships, financing, operational priorities, and complex transactions at High Country Truck & Van.

As Acting General Manager, I helped lead daily operations across sales, finance, service, inventory, and external partners, resolving issues and keeping customer transactions moving efficiently.

At the North Carolina Department of Emergency Management, I serve as Madison County's point of contact for Disaster Case Management following Tropical Storm Helene. I manage an active caseload of 40+ survivors and coordinate recovery support with agencies, the American Red Cross, and United Way.

I've also managed residential construction projects, introduced SQL tracking for PACU arrival and discharge metrics at the VA, and delivered consultative sales results in the top 10% at Verizon Cellular Sales.
