What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my property, insurance, municipal administration, reporting, and analytical skills to resolve complex queries, improve processes, and deliver reliable service to stakeholders.

I'm currently managing property and insurance claims administration for the Johannesburg Diocese, supporting the Property Manager, parishes, and organisations with municipal, property, and insurance matters.

I maintain records for Diocesan properties, coordinate lease and property-transfer documentation, manage service-provider databases, and support large-scale projects. I also investigate municipal billing discrepancies, service interruptions, zoning queries, utilities issues, arrears plans, and account schedules.

At Fedgroup, I supported Beneficiary Care through competitor research, system reporting, raw-data analysis, service-provider payments, CRM process design, and workflow development. I built an Excel financial calculator for annuity payments and turned data into reports, graphs, presentations, and actionable feedback for management.

My experience also includes client financial planning at Old Mutual, financial-product sales at ABSA, and accurate account processing and data capture at Symbol Financial Services. I bring a B.Com. in Economics, Econometrics and Investments, together with strong analytical, reporting, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills.
