What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can manage claims or administrative operations, contribute to accurate record-keeping, and grow within a collaborative, process-driven team.

I am an experienced administrative professional with a background in insurance claims, asset management, and office operations across public and private sectors. I have worked as a Short Term Claims Consultant and Administrative Assistant, Asset Manager at the Department of Defence School of Logistics Training, and as a tutor and student assistant in higher education.

My strengths include data capturing, record keeping, procurement, and maintaining both digital and physical registers. I have managed claim processing on industry systems, tracked claim progress, coordinated meetings, supervised staff and contractors, and executed inventory and stocktake processes for private assets.
