What I'm looking for

I’m working toward a Business Analyst career and am keen to build specialist retirement fund knowledge. I’m applying to support the Client Solutions team with quotations, implementations and client queries.

At Santam Motor Claims Operations, I communicate claim status, process requirements and system limitations to brokers, client service centres and assessors, keeping them informed through to finalisation. I handle motor claims from registration to finalisation in ClaimCenter and CRM.

I developed SIYABONA, a GPS and proximity-OTP compliance concept to tighten control over towing. After presenting it to Claims Innovation, Operations and Group Sourcing, I secured a formal working group.

In Santam Finance Operations, I processed, matched and reconciled invoices for claims service providers, focusing on accuracy and exception handling. I also supported the move from manual invoice processing to RPA by coaching providers on submissions, managing exceptions and supporting robot training on document capture.

Earlier, at Outworx / GoSkippy, I handled policy queries, amendments, complaints and renewals in an outsourced service desk for a UK short-term insurance brokerage. I’m RE5 FAIS certified, completed Santam’s Process Excellence Leadership Development programme, and am working toward a Business Analyst career.
