What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex product delivery where I can connect business outcomes, engineering decisions, and practical ways of working. I value teams that trust people to solve real user problems, improve systems, and use AI thoughtfully.

At emergn, I led end-to-end delivery of enterprise statistical data products, including ML-powered services, from scratch through multiple production releases. I connected technical execution to business outcomes, refined requirements around real user problems, and owned releases, environments, incidents, and compliance in a constrained enterprise setting.

I've worked across product, delivery, and engineering at Access Softek, Luxoft, and Metinvest, helping teams make complex work move again. From leading Scrum teams for an omnichannel banking platform to driving Oracle-based application architecture and ERP modules, I bring product clarity, database depth, stakeholder alignment, and practical delivery leadership.

I use AI tools daily to investigate code, diagnose production issues, build prototypes, and improve delivery insight. I'm especially comfortable stepping into technical trade-offs, scaling ways of working to the situation, and unblocking teams before issues become formal escalations.
