I'm looking to drive operational excellence through process improvement, stakeholder management, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination in publishing, education, or similar high-volume environments.

I've managed end-to-end publishing for 30+ author projects each month at Notion Press, delivering 240+ book titles annually while maintaining schedules and quality standards.

I kept 300+ publishing projects annually on track by resolving workflow bottlenecks and stakeholder issues before they affected deadlines.
