I’m a results-driven Operations and Project Coordinator with 7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across tech, e-commerce, and education. In my current role as an Operations Consultant for International Client Services, I manage end-to-end academic and scientific publication projects—coordinating timelines, documentation, deliverables tracking, quality review, risk monitoring, and client communications through final submission.

Previously, I’ve led cross-functional operations, product workflows, and business development—supervising 45+ employees as Chief Administrative Officer and driving measurable impact through structured program coordination and workflow optimization (including a 25% turnaround-time reduction). I also co-founded Sass Obsessed, building and operating a global shipping and vendor onboarding platform, while leading marketing and workshop initiatives that empowered women-led microbusinesses.
