I'm looking to lead and scale business operations, cross-functional teams, process improvement, workforce planning, and client delivery in a growing organization.

I've led operations at Codeblum Solutions, managing end-to-end business operations for a growing IT company, a team of 15–20, and a monthly operational budget of approximately ₹25,00,000.
