Divine Uchemadu

I've supported the CEO at Ugo Ejim & Co. Estate Surveyors & Valuers by managing a calendar of 20+ weekly meetings, coordinating communications, and keeping projects on schedule. I improved digital document retrieval efficiency by over 40% while handling sensitive business and client information with discretion.

At Calls Experts, I conducted 100+ outbound calls daily across U.S. and Canadian markets, qualified leads, handled objections, and supported life-insurance clients through the sales process. I maintained CRM records, monitored the sales pipeline, and worked with licensed agents on onboarding and follow-up.

At Ascenturi, I screen 150–200 candidates daily, assess qualifications, communicate role requirements, schedule interviews, and maintain detailed CRM records to support a smooth hiring process.

I've also managed e-commerce operations and social media for EazyBuyUs, including inventory tracking, customer inquiries, order processing, product sourcing, and Instagram and Facebook content. I bring practical experience coordinating remote work, improving workflows, and keeping customer and operational details organized.
