What I'm looking for
I’m a hands-on IT Support Technician with experience in hardware troubleshooting, system installations, and customer-facing technical support. I bring a practical help desk foundation, backed by real-world ticketing and troubleshooting workflows from my help desk lab.
I’ve supported OEM customers with on-site repairs, handled software and hardware diagnosis, re-imaged systems, and managed allocated spare parts while meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs). I also build and maintain customer-ready hardware—setting up and calibrating commercial projector and audio equipment.
I enjoy solving problems end-to-end: testing and reporting software issues in JIRA, maintaining web content with WordPress and Elementor, and growing my own capabilities through my current CompTIA and Azure studies. My goal is to keep systems stable, secure, and easy for users to rely on.
