I am an IT Support and Helpdesk specialist with hands-on experience delivering front-line technical support across hardware, software, networking, and retail POS systems.
I have supported Windows, macOS, basic Linux, Google Workspace, Active Directory/EntraID, and POS environments in fast-paced, customer-facing roles, and I communicate clearly with non-technical users.
