What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or systems administration role where I can troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues, manage Microsoft cloud environments, strengthen secure network operations, and continue growing my technical skills.

At Tech Genius, I provide end-user support across phone, email, and in-person channels while troubleshooting hardware, networks, printers, scanners, and multi-function devices.

I've configured Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts, managed Azure and Azure AD, supported hybrid environments, and set up Exchange, SharePoint, AWS, VPNs, backups, and Hyper-V virtualisation.

Previously at Health Careers International, I administered Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, device records, network access, firewalls, and access points while preparing staff devices and maintaining asset records. My earlier IT support internship and customer service experience strengthened my troubleshooting, documentation, and customer support approach.
