What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Helpdesk or IT Support Analyst role where I can apply hands-on support and Microsoft 365 administration experience while progressing toward cloud and systems administration.

I'm currently supporting business clients at Next Edge, monitoring networks, managing Microsoft 365 accounts and Exchange mailboxes, and resolving technical issues for SMBs and end users.

I've reduced onboarding time by 25% through Microsoft 365 user, licence, and mailbox administration. I also deploy Cisco access points and HikVision IP cameras through VLANs to strengthen client security.

Previously at PENTAQ Computers, I installed and configured servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices while providing on-site, in-house, and remote support. I also assembled, tested, refurbished, and responsibly recycled IT equipment.

I'm building toward cloud and systems administration through hands-on labs in VLAN configuration, Intune compliance policies, and Windows Autopilot deployment.
