What I'm looking for

I want to support MSP clients in structured environments, staying focused on delivering practical solutions—securing endpoints and networks with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Sophos—while keeping businesses secure and operational.

I’m an IT professional with experience in MSP and structured IT environments, supporting business clients across different industries in Australia and Brazil.

Most of my recent work has been in MSP and structured IT environments—supporting diverse business clients across education, mine site, retail, and professional services.

Before MSP, I built a strong technical foundation hands-on with hardware, network configuration, and on-site support in Brazil, shaping how I approach problems today: practical, structured, and focused on delivering real solutions.

My toolkit includes Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directory, SharePoint, Sophos endpoint & firewall, 3CX VoIP, and Ubiquiti networking, supported by ConnectWise, Atera RMM, Windows Server 2016, Hyper-V, and CompTIA A+ certification.
