What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can build and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, automate workflows, and strengthen my scripting and development skills in a collaborative team.

I’m a ServiceNow Developer Intern with a strong foundation in computer science and practical experience across core ITSM modules. In my internship, I worked on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, customizing forms and automating request fulfillment with Workflows and Flow Designer.

I also bring hands-on scripting exposure through GlideRecord, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions, aligning my work with ITIL processes. Alongside this, I’ve built web and AI projects like an NGO donation platform and an AI travel itinerary generator—strengthening my UI, database, and application development skills—while earning recognition such as First Prize in Ideathon 2k24.
