What I'm looking for

I’m eager to learn and contribute as a ServiceNow Developer.

I’ve built hands-on ServiceNow projects, including an Incident Management System where I configured forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and notifications to support incident tracking and basic automation.

I also created an Employee Service Request Portal with Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Flow Designer, and a student helpdesk application using custom tables, GlideRecord, and ACLs. At EtharaAI, I assisted with AI-driven solutions and used Python and SQL for basic project data analysis.
