What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build and customize ServiceNow workflows, turn data into actionable Power BI dashboards, and apply machine learning—while growing with a team that values ownership and continuous learning.

I’m an early-career ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience customizing the ServiceNow platform and configuring ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management. In my internship at Sotiotech, I also built catalog items, workflows, client scripts, business rules, and integrations—working alongside senior developers on real implementation projects.

I love shipping practical solutions: I developed a Student Request Management Dashboard in ServiceNow to automate submission and approval workflows, improving request tracking and response efficiency. On the analytics side, I built a Power BI business dashboard using Power Query and DAX to visualize KPIs, regional sales, product insights, and business trends.

I also bring an AI and full-stack mindset to my work. I trained a plant disease detection model using TensorFlow with EfficientNetB0 transfer learning and built a Workshop Management System using React, Spring Boot, and MySQL, optimizing performance by improving database indexing and SQL queries.
