I specialise in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

I administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365, configure Cisco Meraki MX/MR/MS, manage VLANs and VPNs, and use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira to maintain SLA compliance. I have delivered 1st and 2nd line support for retail, hospitality, and corporate clients, reducing downtime through timely remote and on-site interventions.
