What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support Engineer with a strong track record supporting Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, and Azure/Azure AD, while troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues end-to-end. I focus on diagnosing root causes quickly, resolving tickets confidently, and keeping systems secure through IT audits, risk assessments, and configuration best practices.
In my current role, I manage user identities and access permissions with Okta (including Okta Workflows), support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, and help clients with both remote and onsite technical assistance. I’ve also driven practical migrations—successfully migrating large datasets with AvePoint Fly Migrator and supporting phone migrations from MobileIron to Microsoft Intune—while building and configuring laptops/desktops and maintaining operational reliability. Earlier experience includes first-line helpdesk support, SAP CRM customer support tied to a major Transport for London project, and long-term IT support that covered network/Wi‑Fi infrastructure, backups, and cybersecurity practices.
