What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead marketing and creative operations where I can build practical workflows, scale GTM and campaign execution, strengthen brand consistency, and use performance data to make better decisions.

At EBG Group, I lead Acer Electric Vehicles India marketing across GTM, creative, performance, retail, CRM, PR, influencer, OOH, and production for a 36+ store network. I manage a 10-person team and 6–7 agency and production partners, overseeing an annual budget of about INR 2 Cr while presenting campaign results, launch plans, risks, and recommendations directly to the Founder.

I've launched eight electric vehicle models, reduced campaign turnaround from more than two weeks to 4–5 days through practical SOPs and approval workflows, generated 24,206 leads through Meta campaigns, and grew social communities from about 2K to 60K+ followers. My background also includes creative and campaign work for House of Anita Dongre, ORRA Fine Jewellery, Neiron India, and Brijeel Aqua across brand, retail, e-commerce, digital, and on-ground marketing.
