At Intuit, I built the Mid-Market segment from scratch to $40M in year one (ultimately 87% of segment revenue), ran a $250M+ ARR organization of 150+ FTEs, and founded Intuit's first Strategic Partnerships function — originating the Mailchimp alliance that led to Intuit's largest acquisition. I negotiated $150M+ in AI/ML agreements with Google and Meta, and led the Mega Platform, ISV, and Franchise partnerships team driving ecosystem-led growth across the QuickBooks platform. At Bill.com, I redesigned the GTM motion from 45% to 100%+ quota attainment in 60 days and drove 462% SQL growth through platform expansion. Earlier in my career, I led Xbox LIVE GTM at Microsoft ($1B+ service, 46M+ users) and grew Quantum's Big Data division 76% to $145M ARR.
