What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior GTM leadership role where I can architect high-velocity revenue engines, scale 0→1 business units, and build enterprise co-sell ecosystems—especially with AI-enabled sales motion and data-driven forecasting.

I'm a growth-stage GTM executive with 20+ years of progressive leadership across Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, and Platform Ecosystems. My specialty is 0-to-1 building — coming into underperforming or nascent organizations and turning them into high-velocity revenue engines.

At Intuit, I built the Mid-Market segment from scratch to $40M in year one (ultimately 87% of segment revenue), ran a $250M+ ARR organization of 150+ FTEs, and founded Intuit's first Strategic Partnerships function — originating the Mailchimp alliance that led to Intuit's largest acquisition. I negotiated $150M+ in AI/ML agreements with Google and Meta, and led the Mega Platform, ISV, and Franchise partnerships team driving ecosystem-led growth across the QuickBooks platform. At Bill.com, I redesigned the GTM motion from 45% to 100%+ quota attainment in 60 days and drove 462% SQL growth through platform expansion. Earlier in my career, I led Xbox LIVE GTM at Microsoft ($1B+ service, 46M+ users) and grew Quantum's Big Data division 76% to $145M ARR.

I'm passionate about AI-native sales motions, partner ecosystem strategy, and building the kind of repeatable, data-driven GTM infrastructure that compounds over time. I hold an MBA from San Diego State University and a BA in International Studies from the University of Oregon.

I'm actively targeting VP Sales, VP Partnerships, VP Business Development, or Head of GTM roles at AI-first or high-growth SaaS companies — ideally Series B through pre-IPO — where there's a real mandate to build and scale.
