I seek a customer-focused call center role where I can use my communication and problem-solving skills to improve satisfaction, achieve targets, and grow within a supportive team.

I am an experienced customer service and call center professional with a background in managing high volumes of inbound customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and upselling for telecommunications companies. I consistently memorized and communicated product details to provide fast, accurate responses and achieved recognition for customer retention.

My experience includes roles as a Customer Experience Executive at Vodafone Ghana and a Digital Sales Assistant at Millicom, where I combined strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to meet performance goals and support subscribers. I also tutored university students in critical thinking, demonstrating patience and the ability to tailor approaches for different learners.

I volunteer and organized community programs, showing leadership and event coordination skills. I am focused on joining a dynamic, customer-focused call center team where I can continue improving customer satisfaction, hit performance targets, and grow professionally.
