I’m looking to lead enterprise talent strategy and organization effectiveness, partnering with CHRO and executives to build succession pipelines, strengthen performance culture, and scale AI-enabled talent technology that drives measurable business results.

I’m a Talent Management and Organization Development executive with 10+ years transforming talent functions and building enterprise-wide talent capabilities across Fortune 500 organizations. I lead full-spectrum talent management — performance management, succession planning, hi-potential identification, career development, and learning & development — turning underdeveloped functions into strategic, data-driven operations.

In my current role at Humana / CenterWell Pharmacy, I led talent reviews and calibration across all 3 business units (30k+ employees), building succession planning frameworks for 50+ senior leaders and delivering $100M+ YOY business impact. I also drove $2.5M in cost savings through performance accountability and talent differentiation, and improved employee engagement from 83% to 85% (7,000+ employees) through culture transformation and leadership development.

I partner closely with CHROs and executive leadership to align talent pipeline health, workforce capability, and succession bench strength with long-term business strategy. I’ve integrated talent technology platforms including Workday, evaluated AI-enabled HR service delivery agents to scale intelligent automation, and built HR products such as Knowledge Retention, Organization Design, Onboarding, and Team Effectiveness. Previously, at Allstate, I managed organization effectiveness and culture initiatives and co-founded People Experience Lab to scale human-centered, design-driven solutions.
