I seek senior roles leading talent, OD and change programs where I can partner with executives to deliver data-driven workforce strategies, change leadership, and transformation with strong impact and long-term capability building.

I am an accomplished leader with 15+ years driving talent strategy, organizational design, and change in complex environments across consulting and industry. I partner with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable people and business outcomes during digital transformations, M&A activity, and operating model redesigns.

My background includes leading talent operating model design, succession and workforce planning, digital transformation, and large-scale OCM using PROSCI and ADKAR methodologies. I have led global programs, built practices from acquisition, and presented strategic recommendations to executive committees.

Notable achievements include developing and implementing talent operating models and KPI frameworks at Caterpillar and advising clients on Microsoft 365/Dynamics technology rollouts, divestitures, and acquisitions while building learning and upskilling curricula. I focus on data-driven decisions using Workday and other analytics to inform workforce planning, OCM methodologies client/organizational business objectives.
