What I'm looking for

I’m looking to partner with leadership teams on data-informed coaching and organizational transformation—building engagement, strengthening performance systems, and developing leaders through assessments, facilitation, and change-ready learning experiences.

I’m a senior HR and organizational effectiveness leader with 12+ years of experience partnering with executives and leaders to drive performance, engagement, and organizational health. I bring deep expertise across the employee lifecycle—performance management, employee relations support, leadership and manager development, engagement strategy, and change management—backed by industrial-organizational psychology.

In my current role as an Executive Coach & Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, I provide individual coaching to senior leaders and managers, strengthen leadership presence, and support navigation of organizational change. I coach leaders using assessment data to increase self-awareness, improve communication styles, strengthen collaboration, and elevate team effectiveness.

I’ve led organization-wide transformation efforts, including designing and facilitating leadership offsites and development experiences that embed leadership effectiveness principles into daily rhythms. I also launched “Go-To-MarketUniversity,” strengthening leadership capabilities and boosting engagement scores in trust, belonging, and manager–employee connection.

Previously, as a Director of Talent and Organizational Development, I led manager and leadership effectiveness programming, built peer-to-peer learning networks, and redesigned performance management to align with asynchronous workflows. I also developed global programs for high-potential talent, created manager development strategies tied to company behaviors, and oversaw enterprise-wide learning and performance solutions—always with a data-informed, change-ready mindset.
