At Upstart13, I progressed from Quality Engineer through Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Project Manager to Technical Project Manager, owning delivery from requirements through release. I coordinate engineering, QA, and business stakeholders across planning, scoping, and execution.

I led 12 cross-functional projects across healthcare IT, insurance, payments, and workforce management. I built sprint capacity planning and JQL-based reporting to give stakeholders visibility into velocity and scope, and created and delivered RACI-matrix training to clarify ownership.
