What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead QA and delivery functions where I can build quality strategy, develop teams, improve governance, and apply AI responsibly to strengthen testing, product knowledge, and delivery outcomes.

At Bankingly, I built a QA team from scratch for a LATAM fintech, combining manual and automated testing capabilities. I designed quality strategy, testing processes, metrics, tools, and executive reporting.

I’ve led QA, testing, PMO, and delivery teams across Bankingly, Roko Labs, Atos, CDA, Algeiba, and Telecom Argentina. I managed a 45-person operation across Argentina and Mexico and delivered initiatives for banking, fintech, telecommunications, automotive, and enterprise clients.

I use AI to analyze requirements, identify functional gaps and risks, optimize test cases, and consolidate product knowledge for documentation and customer support. My work brings together quality governance, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and continuous improvement.
