What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional technical delivery, especially in regulated environments where I can translate business needs into executable work, manage tradeoffs, and help teams deliver through ambiguity.

I've led GxP-regulated software delivery at Syneos Health, migrating Synopsis CycleTime and Synopsis Connect from Oracle APEX/KDB+ to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure Databricks. I coordinated concurrent product teams, secured SDLC validation and change-control governance, and supported onboarding of 245+ sponsors to the new dashboard.

Previously, I built Slingr's first structured QA organization and grew it from 3 to 8 engineers, while at Eventbrite I led the Refunds domain through microservices and AWS migration, improved bug SLA compliance from 0% to 100%, and maintained 96% unit test coverage. Across 15+ years in project, engineering, and quality leadership, I translate business requirements into executable technical work and keep teams moving through ambiguity, risk, and competing stakeholder needs.
