I’m looking for Customer Support roles where I can own customer queries, KYC/document checks, and SLA/TAT targets, and I’m also open to entry-level Talent Acquisition work like resume screening and interview coordination.

I’m a Customer Support and Banking Operations professional with over 5 years handling credit card operations, KYC verification, and document validation. I’ve processed SBI Card applications and customer service requests, making sure customer records stay accurate while handling confidential information in line with banking procedures.

I focus on resolving customer queries, following SOPs and process compliance, and meeting SLA/TAT targets through organized data entry and strong customer communication. I recently completed Human Resources with Specialization in Talent Acquisition and I’m seeking Customer Support or entry-level Talent Acquisition opportunities.
