I am a highly skilled travel consultant with experience in providing assistance in changing flights, hotel bookings, and car rentals. At Teleperformance | Egencia, I check the best possible options for flights to fit in the traveler's schedule and negotiate with hotels and car vendors to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

In addition to my travel consultancy role, I have also worked as a chat/technical support specialist at Concentrix, where I assisted teachers and students in navigating their school's online hub. My responsibilities included helping teachers assign books and disseminate activities to children.

Prior to that, I worked as a business transcription specialist, transcribing business meetings between wholesalers/financial advisers and clients throughout the United States.
