I’m a travel-focused professional who books flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals while assessing clients’ needs, likes, and dislikes. I’m known for answering client queries clearly and delivering world-class travel and ticketing service.

Across my roles, I’ve handled travel upgrades, flight changes, and ticket cancellation, and I help clients choose suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget. I also resolve travel-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

In addition to customer-facing travel work, I’ve supported HR and operations by monitoring and answering customer queries and assisting management and teams with policy and compliance issues. I provide functional and administrative support, maintain and update files, and recommend improvements to keep processes accurate and current.

I’ve also developed strong communication and coaching skills as an ESL Writing Tutor, proofreading essays and helping students acquire knowledge in English writing. I bring an adaptable, patient, detail-oriented approach, with proficiency in English and Tagalog, and I’m motivated by opportunities for personal and professional growth.
