What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my remote client communication, follow-up, CRM, and administrative support experience into customer service or virtual assistant work across global time zones.

I’ve worked directly with clients for 6 years now — sales, client advisory, account management. One of those roles was fully remote, handling people by phone, email, and CRM.

I use HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite day to day, so I’m not starting from zero on the tools side. Based in Abuja, Nigeria. Good internet, quiet space to work from.

I’m looking to move into customer service or virtual assistant work and put that same experience to use there.
