I support U.S.-based insurance operations at Elevate Teams, coordinating policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, client records, and time-sensitive service requests in a fully remote environment.

Alongside this work, I support the director at Braserv Engenharia with calendars, communications, reporting, invoicing, financial records, supplier coordination, travel logistics, and confidential business documentation. I use structured checklists to keep recurring priorities, deadlines, cash flow, and operational tasks on track.

Previously, I led fast-paced pharmacy operations at Panvel Farmacias / Grupo Dimed, coordinating teams of up to 15 employees while managing schedules, customer issues, inventory, regulated records, audits, SOPs, and compliance. My experience also includes guest service through the Disney International College Program, clinical pharmacy support, and research administration.

I'm fluent in English and Portuguese, comfortable supporting international customers and remote teams, and quick to adopt systems including HawkSoft, PL Rating, CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted tools.
