At Unduit, I own a $780K annual quota selling ITAM, ITSM, and asset lifecycle management solutions to enterprise IT leaders. I lead full-cycle sales from discovery and demos through pricing, proposals, POC scoping, and contract execution.

I've advanced a global engagement across 40+ countries toward $600K in new ARR and helped build the JSM-integrated POC behind it. I also built outbound infrastructure from scratch, including cold-call scripts, email frameworks, pricing strategy, and multi-channel sequences adopted as a team standard.

Previously at Freshworks, I exceeded quarterly pipeline targets by 120% while developing enterprise opportunities across ITSM, CX, and CRM workflows. At Bottomline Technologies, I exceeded annual quota by 106% and expanded a portfolio supporting more than $60M in annual B2B transaction volume through Paymode-X.

I enjoy navigating multi-threaded sales cycles with IT, finance, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders, using MEDDIC and MEDDPPICC-style discovery to create clear business cases and strong internal champions.
