I’m a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions for federal government clients, including the U.S. Air Force and Defense Logistics Agency (DoD). I specialize in REST API integration architecture, Service Portal development, GRC/compliance automation, and Performance Analytics, and I hold three active ServiceNow certifications.

At NetImpact Strategies, Inc. (Remote), I maintain GRC compliance automation for U.S. Air Force special programs by dynamically aligning National Security Strategy (NSS) values with security requirements. I also enhance eMASS REST API integrations using custom scripting over Integration Hub, and I’ve become the go-to technical resource for API logic and integration questions through code reviews. Previously at IntegrityPro Consulting, LLC (Remote), I led the design and delivery of a secure inbound REST API for the Defense Logistics Agency, creating ServiceNow-hosted endpoints that digitized manual procurement bid submission. I architected certificate-based authentication, authored technical documentation to enable external DoD customers to integrate independently, and served as the primary technical resource for API architecture decisions. I also designed and built the Service Portal interface that enabled DLA customers to submit digital certificates for procurement bid authentication, replacing a manual workflow end-to-end, and contributed core scripting and configuration through Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Notifications, and ACLs.
