I’m a ServiceNow developer with over 7 years of experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM. I focus on building secure, scalable service management that teams can actually run and measure.

In my recent roles, I’ve led enterprise ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) aligned with ITIL practices. I’ve planned CMDB governance architecture using Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management to improve enterprise infrastructure visibility.

I strengthen operations through workflow automation with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and JavaScript scripting. I also engineer enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with systems like Jira, Salesforce, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and other identity services.

I’m equally focused on quality and reliability—enforcing development governance standards, update set management, and automated Test Framework validation. I’ve implemented RBAC/ACL controls, improved CMDB data accuracy through relationship remediation, and supported security workflows and upgrade coordination to help platforms perform consistently.
