I’m looking for a role where I own revenue-impacting partner operations—building reporting, automation, and scalable workflows—while partnering cross-functionally to turn data into faster growth and stronger agent programs.

I’m a business development professional with 4+ years driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, operational improvements, and repeatable partner programs in digital lead generation.

At Launch That, I led the full technical and operational transition from a CPL to RevShare model for Annuity.org—redesigning lead routing, automating reporting workflows, and building scalable agent engagement infrastructure.

I serve as the operational backbone of the BD function, owning revenue and sales reporting, managing the Leadspedia lead delivery platform, and overseeing agent onboarding, training, and relationship management. I also expanded a consultant-provided sales framework into a comprehensive, agent-ready engagement process with refined logic and clear documentation.

I’m hands-on across cross-functional teams—partnering with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to improve attribution and lead capture, strengthen proforma logic and forecasting, and deliver enablement assets. I’ve also mentored others by delegating ownership of reporting and dashboards to accelerate ramp-up while freeing capacity for higher-leverage strategy.
