What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my analytical skills in sales operations, focusing on improving processes and driving revenue growth.

I support the day-to-day engine behind a 40-person SaaS sales team at Elsevier—making sure deals get done, clients onboard smoothly, and revenue keeps flowing. I manage order forms, invoicing, and accounts receivable tied to millions in annual revenue, while keeping Sales and Finance aligned on contracts and billing.

On the ops side, I lead billing support, help unblock credit issues, and streamline vendor onboarding across teams. I rolled up my sleeves during a post-merger data migration, cleaning up Salesforce and helping merge systems without breaking momentum.

I also build and maintain dashboards that drive visibility and decision-making—from a competitive performance dashboard for our CRO, to monthly renewal tracking reports presented in leadership meetings. I love making data usable and helping teams see what’s working (and what’s not) in real time.

I’m at my best when things are messy, fast-moving, and high-stakes—translating chaos into clean process and helping teams move faster with fewer headaches.
