I’m a Cloud Alliance Manager with 5+ years accelerating hyperscaler partnerships, co-sell revenue, and Cloud Marketplace growth across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. I focus on building high-impact ISV relationships and translating partner motions into measurable business outcomes.
I’m known for influencing $200M+ in Marketplace revenue by strengthening strategic partner motions that embed Marketplace early in customer GTM. I also created the AWS Marketplace Operations Toolkit—an 8-module advisory framework now available to ISVs and SaaS organizations via Larson Marketplace Consulting.
In my Principal role, I founded a consulting practice helping ISVs and channel organizations build strategic cloud alliance programs and accelerate Marketplace revenue. The toolkit covers Marketplace readiness assessment, CPPO workflow SOPs, private offer pipeline tracking, AWS ACE co-sell management, KPI dashboards, executive scorecards, 30-60-90 day launch planning, and operational governance—so teams can execute partner programs with clarity and velocity.
Previously, I led alliance strategy as Cloud Alliance & Marketplace Lead and delivered approximately 30% Marketplace revenue growth by strengthening co-sell relationships and partner engagement across commercial and federal markets. Before that, at SHI International Corp., I built and enabled an AWS Marketplace motion that drove Marketplace transactions from 2–3 to 10–15 per day and influenced $200M+ in Marketplace revenue; earlier, at CDW, I delivered a $4M commercial opportunity through executive engagement and cross-functional vendor alignment.
