I’m looking for a role where I can lead nationwide sales, execute direct strategies, and drive profit maximization through coaching, retention, and data-informed market decisions—while partnering closely with marketing to deliver results.

I’m a result-oriented product/brand promoter and sales professional, passionate about improving service delivery and profit maximization. With 24 years of hands-on experience still counting, I’ve built strong market understanding by working across different brands and customer types.

In my current role as National sales Manager, I design and execute effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel. I develop sales plans, manage budgets and incentives, estimate sales revenue, and identify new potential customers and market opportunities.

I strengthen performance through communication, agile coaching, mentorship, and development—while monitoring and analyzing sales procedures and performance metrics. I also collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing stocks that drive sales, staying alert to industry trends and competitor activity.

Previously, I’ve managed marketing and sales programs ranging from market surveys and segmentation to feasibility studies, sales promotion, and new product development. From handling account follow-ups and payment reconciliation to supporting sales forecasting and product distribution, I focus on practical execution that sustains demand and customer loyalty.
