I learned business not in a classroom, but by taking it apart and rebuilding it better.

My career has been a deliberate journey through every facet of a company, from the front lines of customer support at Apple to sales, to learning and development, to product roles, and, ultimately, to leading the complete operational transformation of a U.S. law firm. I didn't do this to collect titles, I did it because I needed to understand how the entire machine worked from the ground up.

This journey taught me my core skill. I step into complex systems where effort no longer equals results, find the fundamental points of friction, and design new workflows for clarity and scale. At my last firm, this wasn't a theoretical exercise. It meant rebuilding their entire operational infrastructure, which directly led to a 45% increase in client conversion and scaled the business to nearly half a million dollars in monthly revenue.

Having built that engine, I pivoted to the most complex system I could find: AI. As a strategist for premier labs like OpenAI, Google, and Meta, I now spend my time red-teaming next-generation models to identify their risks and align them with real-world business needs.

I am a systems thinker at heart, driven by a passion for building elegant solutions to hard problems.
